Film credits and digital benefits
Film supporter and producer credits are recognition benefits and do not require physical shipping. We will contact the purchaser by email for the credited name and any benefit-delivery details.
Private premiere access, production sessions and WHERE IS KEKE? Premium access will be delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout or another verified email provided by the purchaser.
Physical merchandise
Most Freaky KEKE merchandise is produced after an order is placed. Processing and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination and fulfillment partner. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take additional time to update after a shipping label is created.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country.
Delays and delivery issues
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Contact keke@freakykeke.com if tracking shows a delivery problem or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
For damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with your order number and clear photos.
