Film supporter and producer credits
All film-credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This includes On-Screen Supporter, Associate Producer, Featured Producer and Executive Producer purchases.
Each purchase reserves a limited recognition benefit, begins production administration and removes a credit from available inventory. A change of mind, inability to attend a premiere or session, change in production schedule, title, format, runtime, release timing or platform does not create a right to a refund.
The purchased credit applies to the full official internet edition released through Freaky KEKE-owned or controlled channels, including official @saveKEKE social channels and YouTube where platform format permits. It does not require placement on every teaser, trailer, thumbnail, caption, clip, excerpt, repost or cutdown.
Festival, theatrical, broadcast, distributor, press, partner and other alternate versions may use different credits or omit supporter credits to meet runtime, eligibility, legal, technical or contractual requirements. That does not create a right to a refund when the purchased credit is delivered in the official internet edition.
Names must be lawful, appropriate and consistent with the Freaky KEKE world. If a submitted name cannot be approved, the purchaser may submit a replacement name. Rejection of a submitted name does not create a right to a refund.
Lifetime Premium community access included with qualifying tiers is personal and non-transferable. It continues while the WHERE IS KEKE? Premium program is operated by Freaky KEKE. Features, schedule, hosts and platform may evolve. Membership has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
Physical merchandise
You may request a return of eligible physical merchandise within 14 days after delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom-made goods, intimate or personal-care goods, and items damaged after delivery are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
After an approved return is received and inspected, any refund will be sent to the original payment method. Processing by your bank or payment provider may take additional time.
Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise
Email keke@freakykeke.com within 48 hours after delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, credit or refund.
Cancellations
Film-credit purchases cannot be canceled. Physical merchandise orders may be canceled only if fulfillment has not started. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before production or shipment begins.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
